Rev. Wallace Schulz to preach at Emmaus January 25th
On Sunday, Jan. 25, 2009 at 10:30 a.m., the Rev. Wallace Schulz will be the guest preacher at Emmaus Lutheran Church in St. Louis (2241 S. Jefferson), celebrating the feast of the Conversion of St. Paul.
Rev. Schulz is the Evangelist for the Lutheran Heritage Foundation, a Lutheran mission society. Editor of Good News magazine and former “Lutheran Hour” speaker and LCMS vice president, Rev. Schulz has been instrumental in bringing the Gospel to countries where people are persecuted for their faith: China, Cuba, and the former Soviet Union.

Also in 2009, Emmaus Lutheran Church celebrates the 120th Anniversary of its beginning as the Jefferson Avenue Mission to serve the South St. Louis neighborhood of Fox Park.
